Agricultural Research and Experimentation Center It includes:

i- A farm for practical agricultural teaching, training and research, totaling 143 fed. (about 60 ha.).

ii- Includes cultivated land (field and horticultural crops, are irrigated with modern and modified systems), cattle, poultry, sheep, goats, stores, greenhouses, beekeeping units, repair and maintenance workshops.

iii- Affiliated with it a training center with full accommodation for male and female participants (capacity of 100 persons).

iv- Independent and financially self-supported with a considerable part of its activities directed towards commercial production.

Center Objectives

The center targets the following objectives :-Agricultural research . Participating with other University bodies in fulfilling their educational and training missions . Adopting modern methods and techniques in solving problems in the agriculture field .Fulfilling and conducting scientific research experiments .Offering rural service for surrounding community .
